Pickup Times Pick up times are firm. All items are to be picked up by the end of the third business day after that auction. Live Oak Auctions will be the determining factor on deciding whether or not the winning bidder has an extenuating circumstance that will not allow them to pick up an item. DON'T BID on items if you do not or cannot make the pick up dates. Failure to follow this rule could prevent you from participating in future Live Oak Auctions.
